Paynesville , Monteserrado county – Originally from Harper Maryland county and raised in Dansoman a suburb of Accra - Ghana , Curtis Yung has always been a soulful guy whose emotions run deep. Moving around quite a bit as a child, he found a passion for art, human skill, listening to soulful music and writing, and often wrote poetry to better express the riot of emotions running through his mind. He would soon discover the potential of his poetry after teaming up with some of the very best the Liberian music Industry has to offer ,from the likes of his brothers (The late Quincy B), Money & Salvation's hit maker Young Classic, Baba 2switt, one of his idol Scientific and to some of the best producers Stone Luckshine, VennyBeatz and others.. Teaming up with these guys has made him more versatile, Sometimes he’s singing on the hook and sometimes he’s giving listeners straight rap.
